Self Soothing
My anxiety has been so ramped up, I feel like I am just white knuckling it through every day. My biggest issue is loneliness and I don't have many people to reach out to.
What do you all do to soothe yourselves or regulate your emotions? Reaching out to someone else, bubble baths and taking a walk are either not a possibility or just don't work.
Any advice is appreciated.
@Pain0918. I'm so sorry your feeling so much anxiety. I have bad anxiety too, itd great you found 7cups ppl here care. Sometimes I just keep telling myself I'm ok , you can do this. I will rub my arm to feel love. I have a sister I sometimes can call. I go to therapy weekly and I do have meds but I only take them when I can't function. I like those mindful coloring books those help too. Excercise can help. But somedays nothing works. Best to you and I hope my post helps a little. ABB💜
