Scared About Date; TW: trafficking, r*pe

I made a post about this a few days ago, but my anxiety has gotten worse about it. I’m going on a date today with a guy I met on a dating site. His picture was verified that it was him on the app, and I google reverse image searched it. He’s really kind to me.

But he looks a little older than what he says he is, and I just keep thinking that something bad will happen to me when I meet with him.

My anxiety keeps bringing my mind to me being trafficked or kidnapped. Or he abuses me in some way. I’m just really scared, and I can’t stop worrying.

If you could try to help me in any possible way, I’d appreciate it.
