Realizing I’m more anxious LEAVING work than starting

I focused on my feelings as I worked last night. While I didn’t want to clock in I knew I had to go to work. But clocking out I realized my stress was more than when I started. Like all my problems are right there waiting for me where I left off.

Hi!

It seems that "obligatory" work keeps you distracted from deeper issues that concern you.

I see this as perfectly normal.

The challenge is to identify and deal with those issues, so as to enjoy your time out of work.

I wish you the best!

Marcelo.

Thank you so much I totally agree! That may be why I feel so paralyzed outside of work.

Hello-

im so sorry your more anxious leaving than clocking in. People share with me to just let things go and move on. Problem there, is two of the most things I struggle with.

From what I’m understanding from your post, that your living environment at home (wherever that is) isn’t a healthy living environment. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

i can emphasize with you about being anxious in your living environment
