...See more Hi there . I have a hard time making my own decisions. With being in the young adult transition program I am in , I can make decisions. I just get anxious about anything, even if it’s small. I don’t trust myself and want to trust in myself more . Does anyone else have trouble with making decisions? I would love to hear your thoughts on that.,

...See more Hi there. I completely forgot I had this app. Been using the Crisis Text Line way to much and not in crisis. Just need to vent I have been in this transition program. Young Adult Transition Study Center in Northern Idaho and Just transitioned to Phase 2. I made such great connections in Phase one and have attachment issues. I got attached to people who are at phase 1, staff member wise. The student population will move down to phase 2 in these next 2-3 months. It’s so hard being some where new . I still have my same therapist. And a couple staff who go back and forth between the phases . They aren’t here today. Even though it took me a while to get adjusted to phase 1, im having trouble with the transition .

...See more Anyone heard anything about Residential Treatment Program in Utah, or any place really… I’m just moving to Utah, for mine. Have you been in a Residential Treatment Program? Or any other Mental Health Treatment? What was your experience like, if you had this experience? Did you accomplish your goals, while within the program?

...See more Hi Everyone…. I just joined here in August. Really appreciate all the support I’ve gotten through others on this app, really. Im leaving to go work on my mental health and will be away for 90 Days. The average stay is 97 days. Which will hopefully put me home by Christmas. My birthday is in November. But definitely going to miss that. Don’t really care, haven’t done much for my birthday these last few years anyway… Hope for everyone to have a decent three months and keep reaching out for support. ❤️
