I've had alot of panic attacks and I'm very familiar with bad anxiety. This may or may not help you but you can find a way to cope with how you are feeling so it helps to take deep breaths and relax a little bit then find an old board game or a card game and just start playing around with it and it should make you feel alot better 🙂

I have different crystals I find I rub on when I’m getting bad. I shut down a lot. Try crocheting it like makes u space out into it frees your mind and play music. Feels like being free and peaceful
