Negative thoughts

Hi everyone!

I suffered from severe anxiety in the last year, and I've only started my healing journey some months ago. I've changed a lot in these past few months, the results were insane, however, I'm still experiencing some negative thoughts about my life in general.

The problem is, they really change my mood anytime they pop up in my head and they leave a bad feeling in my chest.

Any advice on how to shut them off?

Hey darlin! I understand how hard anxiety can be and how it is hard to deal with. I am so very proud of you for getting through it! When I ever feel those thoughts, I always make sure to remember they are just thoughts and try and call someone to talk about it, always makes me feel better and gives me a better mindset! Hopefully this helps!💛
