Need help ma banging
Sooooo I would like better control on how to manage my emotions. I am currently in a situationship (not so much relationship) and he’s doing things to trigger my anxiety—but it’s really simple things such as not texting back but consecutively viewing my social media accounts. Everytime I think about it, my hands and palms get very sweaty. Though he has let me know time after time, nothing is happening and we are GREAT, my anxiety is taking me elsewhere and causing me to panic. When I panic I often react, which is what I’ve done before in his messages. Thinking without speaking. But what can I do to calm myself down about this?
I often lose my appetite as well. I get many physical symptoms of anxiety disorder. I cannot stop overthinking
@iamthemuse hi, have you thought about talking to a therapist/counselor/psychologist or have you done that already?
I have once for one sessoon. Should I look back into that?
I definitely would. It wouldn’t hurt. I just recently talked to one for the first time in 7 years for my anxiety and depression. Talking to somebody always helps me.
