Hello I have struggled with anxiety my whole life and I have also heard my name before I fell asleep my whole life but since I have been prengnant I have been hearing music, hearing my name, and also I thought I seen someone in my house out of the corner of my eye. I am freaking out! I am thinking the worst!

@passionateCat4351 In the time before you fall asleep, and also in the time just after you wake, it is very common for dreams to break through into your consciousness, and as far as I know it's completely harmless. If you want to know more, you can search the Internet for the technical term psychologists use for it: hypnogogia.

Anxiety can also cause dreams to break though in a similar way, and I suppose being pregnant can cause many changes. I am not an expert, but your doctor will know about what might be going on.

If you are able to ignore the things you hear and see, and they only last for a moment, then I cannot imagine that they indicate anything seriously wrong. If you hear and see things that do not exist but seem completely real to you and prevent you from living your life normally, then I suppose your doctor should definitely be told about what's happening.
