Loneliness
I've been dealing with anxiety for as long as I can remember and it gets out of hand sometimes. I feel like there's no one i can rely on or talk to about my feelings. I wanna be left alone and it gets so bad at times that I go without talking to anyone for days.
Do you have any hobbies or anything that helps when you get in that headspace? What works for you?what doesn't. Maybe you can create a coping mechanism that is calming for you and helps you feel relaxed.
Idk if it will help you and sorry if I'm bad at this but something that helps my anxiety is listening to really calming music or something that I vibe to and start drawing. For me it takes me out if my head and it stops my thoughts.
And you are not alone
There are people dealing with the same thing and we get each other. Someone out there knows exactly how you feel because they are going through it too. I support you. You are not your thoughts. You have thoughts but only you have the power. That's important for you to know. Once you learn to own your thought I think your anxiety will calm.
