I feel lost.. like everything I do isn't good enough. I've barely eaten food for days because I am too anxious to keep food down. On the good news even small food like a baked potato tastes so fckin amazing... While I won't keep it down often I do enjoy... I remember eating this packaged container I got from foodland simply titled "meat" and it was the best thing I'd tasted In years. Could mean I'm starving myself... I'd like to just think it's cuz I've been sad... But anyway..

Be careful. You could develop an eating disorder. This could have terrible effects on your health. And being underfed can make anxiety worse, so it'll just keep going in a loop. You should definitely see a doctor. Don't stop trying to eat. Start with something light, like buttered toast. That's easy on a nauseous stomach, you'll be less likely to throw it back up, and there's a start on getting your diet back on track. You'll at least have something in you.

I'd also recommend finding coping mechanisms for your anxiety. I won't be much help, since I'm struggling to find those too, but taking care of your physical health is the first step to taking care of your emotional and mental health.
