It physically hurts my chest and my head

Whenever I have to talk to new people (especially in person), or whenever I find myself in a situation in which I’m confronting/being confronted by someone, or when anything emotional is involved, or general new environments or situations. I just start to get shaky, I overthink things, my chest hurts and sometimes my head, breathing can get difficult, I want to cry or v0mit.
