Is it possible to end anxiety and panic attacks
This is a question I have asked myself for years, i still don't know the answer. I have had to deal with this for so many years somedays I really don't believe there is a way out. I think the hardest part about dealing with this is I have never really found anyone I could talk to that really understands, not even my wife. That's one of the reasons I have turned to forums like this looking for some help.
I agree that we can't get rid of all anxiety, but we can get to where it is managable through healthy coping skills.
i think it is. i find that when i do something im anxious about more repeatedly i get less anxious each time i attempt it. i find that the most important thing is to not overthink the situation. i try to distract my self and take deep breaths. and i feel like i am a lot less anxious now so over time it might fade away.
