How To Cope
Dear world,
I have begun to develop anxiety over the past month, and that is why I came here, to 7Cups. I find it can be very helpful in recognizing what's going on. My problem now is that I don't know how to move forward. My anxiety tends to pop up at seemingly random moments, so that I don't really know what's caused it when it hits. I'm not much of an overthinker, but I'll find that my chest gets tight and its hard to breath, my muscles feel like jelly and my knees will buckle if I'm standing, and my hands will start to shake. I don't really know how to cope with this, because no one can tell that I'm having anxiety problems, I just feel it. Does anyone know how I can deal with this when it's on the fly, or I"m in class or something?
