Hello! I am new to the group. I struggle with anxiety related to chronic illness. I have a condition called mast cell activation syndrome which causes daily anaphylaxis and keeps me mostly house bound and also type 1 diabetes. I have a lot of anxiety related to my health conditions. Just popping in to say hi!
