Having massive attack RN

For the first time in months, my anxiety is in full blown attack mode. Tonight I went out on my porch to smoke a cigarette. I heard a lady scream. I said uhhhh hey who's out there? You ok?..... No answer. So I'm starting to feel on edge and then another scream and closer like right around the corner of my house! So umm no. 10-4 EFF you buddy BC I've seen wayyyyy too many scary movies and no. So I run inside lock the door and call the popo. The lady says ok they're on the way. As SOON as she hung up, BAM! Something hit the side of my house. Hard. I'm losing it at this point. About 20 mins before they show up and the cop asks me did I go look around. 😲 bro really?! That'd be a negative ghost rider, ain't no dummies in this house. So now I still haven't had my smoke and I am NOT going back outside til daylight. Fml
