Feeling unheard and unseen

I can relate and it is so frustrating and i feel so alone like I am speaking a strange language and my spouse just nods ... has no idea what i am saying but wants it over with think an awkward conversation with an odd stranger in public.

They do not get what you are saying and make the conversation about something irrelevant...... it is talking in circles and never gets a conclusion.
