Feeling terrible
My anxiety has crept up on me and its soo debilitating, I cant have normal conversation without sweating and panicking, its hard at work and especially at school where i need to get good grades or else I’ll lose my financial aid for next semester.. i have so much to do and i want to accomplish my goals but something always stopping me, feeling hopeful but at the same time im scared. Any advice?? Im so tiered of this !

I'm sorry your anxiety is interfering with your activities. I understand I too have bad anxiety and it's so annoying. I see a professional therapist for help with my condition. I left my job of 25 years because of my anxiety. There might be free counseling at your university, maybe that's something that will help you. Therapy helps some I've learned a few ways to help myself. My anxiety is trauma based and I have CPTSD and depression to go with it . Your young so you can get a handle on ways to cope and You will respond quickly to learning coping strategies. I hope my post helps you. Best ABB💜
