One of the worst parts of feeling anxiety is feeling like you’re not even in your own body. Feeling so overwhelmed that you can’t even grasp reality. Everything seems so unreal you can’t believe that you’re a person living and breathing. I hate now feeling in control of my own mind and body.

I understand you completely. I often find myself feeling in a similar way. It's important to remember that your anxiety can make things appear differently as to what they really are. Having such thoughts can be very challenging, but know that you can and will come out on top. You're strong and you can do this. I believe in you!
