...See more One of the worst parts of feeling anxiety is feeling like you’re not even in your own body. Feeling so overwhelmed that you can’t even grasp reality. Everything seems so unreal you can’t believe that you’re a person living and breathing. I hate now feeling in control of my own mind and body.
