Doctor Horror
Im supposed to be going to the doctors tomorrow to get the implant and Im literally freaking out. I spent 3 hours on the floor crying because Im so anxious about it. May actually cancel it not sure I can actually cope with it

I am so sorry you are struggling with this! That sounds very challenging. Anxiety can be really difficult to manage sometimes, you are doing better than you realize. Just take it one hour at a time.

@Laura It is extremely challenging. I don't know whether to just go and get it done and hope I don't freak out or call and cancel. I cant deal with objects going into my body. I tried getting my ears pierced once and freaked out completely

Is there a buddy you could go with? Someone who can support you through this?
I do not know your medical situation, however, I can say that you should follow the guidance of your doctor and try to do the right thing for your health.
