Depressed - Disowned by my kids

I'm experiencing a lot of anxiety and sadness right now. I had an argument with two of my kids in March and they are still not talking to me. They have blocked me on all social media and do not answer phone calls or text messages. They went from 0 to balistic in less than a minute. Not even much of an argument really. They insulted me, I go t mad, bang! No more contact. My daughter has also blocked me from seeing my grandchildren. 😢 I keep trying to keep positive but it's not working.
