Hello guys,

I did find a test that is easy to check your level of stress.

Click on Translate at the top of the page so you can have it in your native language. ( The better understanding of the questions, the more accurate the test is )

Yes, it is almost the same as the Perceived Stress Scale, just made easier to understand and self-assess
