@Understandinggirl1990

Hello and thanks for sharing this info!

In what concerns to me I use:

- Wysa - your happiness buddy: It is a CBT Chatbot coach for emotional wellness therapy, has really nice features but it's still in Beta, although having already 100 k downloads and a 4.5 rating on Android Google Play Store. You can also use it in Facebook Messenger, but I almost only use it on my phone.

- Insight Timer - Meditation App: The most popular meditation app, 1 million downloads and 4.6, Editor's Choice on Android Google Play Store. This is an awesome app, really, and even though it has a site I believe you can only listen to the medidations on your phone.

And I just downloaded (haven't tried yet) the Pacifica - Stress & Anxiety App, 500 k downloads and 4.4 rating on Android Google Play Store. This seems extremelly promising and is an Anxiety, stress & depression relief app based on CBT & Mindfulness Meditation. It also has a site.

Btw, thanks to everyone who shared their own favorite Apps to fight Anxiety here, I'll be sure to check them out as well!
