Any Advice?

I'm really hoping that in a month or so I can look back on this and see that everything is going to be fine.

Going back to school in my family is one of the roughest times of the year. My brother has depression and often times school triggers bouts of darkness for him. I don't want to get to detailed, but for the past four years hes ended up back in a mental hospital time and time again. Not only does he have his struggles, but both of my parents have PTSD. All combined this creates and explosive and stressful environment. Things tend to calm down during the summer, but they're back again with full force by the time autumn returns. I don't think I can do it all over again this year. It's so exhausting.

@Idontknow247 ... I am sorry to hear how you have to cope and help your family with their struggles, It is not easy plus you yourself have hardly have a chance to process your own thoughts and emotions. Have you tried talking to a counsellor , may be one in your school or maybe make an appointment with a therapist . It might be a good idea for you to share your thoughts with them plus it will help you to unload the heaviness you are feeling. If you cannot speak to anyone, please feel free to message any one of the listeners in 7 cups.
