Anxious
I’m anxious when I’m not consistently busy.. or when I have “nothing” to do. It’s even worse when I’m trying to go to sleep. So I keep myself so busy I don’t have time to be anxious but today I haven’t had much to do. Ugh

Hello!
I am the exact same way! Have you got any hobbies. interest you can do during these times?
For me, I enjoy playing mahjong games online. It helps keep my mind busy! <3💛💫
@redKiwi9682 I am the exact same person as you, I often get anxious because I think I'm wasting my life away, but to be honest, life is short, enjoy it, relax, play with your friends, and your family, enjoy every second you spend, not to be mean but tomorrow might be the end of the world, soooo, enjoy doing whatever you like to do in your downtime, you will find something valuable, a gem in life.

I can fully empathize with you!! I will often feel guilty if I can't utilize my time most efficiently. However, I find some ways to relieve myself 😊. Firstly, you can try to tell yourself that you get some rest during the past period, so that you will then utilize the following time more efficiently. Secondly, we can change our mindset. We can realize that it is our free time in our life making our life happier. They are the periods allowing us to really enjoy the tiny things in our lifespan!!
I know it can be hard at the beginning for I guess you are a really industrious person in your life. Please take your time to make some changes. I hope that you will spend a lovely day!!

Hello!
I can understand. You feel anxious when you are not busy, while I would like to say, It's completely okay, your mind persists on being busy and that's why even when You're trying to rest or sleep, you mind tries to think and become anxious. It's okay, because some of us, have a very active mind.
It's not your fault. If you think, talking to someone might help, then yes, you can get help. It's okay to get help. Do you think breathing techniques and meditation might help?
To ensure a calm and peaceful mind, you might want to try these out.
Lastly, you can do this.
