Anxiety problems and sleep issues lately.

Hello so lately I have been dealing with poor sleep hygiene like just now I slept for about 3 hours and then was too anxious to get back to bed, so here I am haha. But yeah the main point is I have been really stressed out lately due to covid and money issues and then now the sleep as well is making my anxiety spiral. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can regain control over my sleeping and mental health?
