Anxiety overload

For the first time since diagnosis, I feel like I am spiralling out of control. My insomnia is back. My brain is running constantly. My normal CBT tricks have not worked.

Can you get something prescribed from a doctor that could help? Sorry I don't know about this

Try to drink herbal teas especially for relaxing. I find that moving my body (going out for a walk) does wonders for this feeling. Sit in a garden and just stare at nature. I know they sound cliche, but they really work. Give them a try
