...See more I have the most vindictive,envious,black hearted sister in the world. I always try to stay clear from her, but she never fails to cause me problems with family and acquaintances.. We are living under the same roof. Moving out is impossible at the time being.. any advise ? Hate is a heavey burden to bear. But I can't stand being around her. Any advise on being in a toxic family dynamic ?

...See more Food has always been my go to drug.. My addiction.I have always turned to food to feel numb. To be comforted. To escape my feelings.. But lately, I'm under a lot of stress.. I can't stop eating and I don't feel full. What can I do ? It's taking a toll of my physical health. I feel aweful.
