Someone just being there to talk to helps a lot. Some people think I expect them to have the perfect words to say to fix things but it really helps just to know that they are there to listen without judgement and that they support me through the good and bad days and let me know that I'll be okay in the end. A hug can go a long way too.

I completely agree with you, having someone to talk to can really help, just having them listen can be really relieving. c:
@C321 I agree with you. Often people think that the only way to deal with someone's anxiety is to ignore it and give them their space or speak to them about it constantly. I think that at this point in my life, I really just want someone to let me know that they care and that they're there for me.

I also want help breaking the anxiety cycle, pushing myself towards goals and suggestions and help with "DIY" graded exposure therapy.
I feel like nothing can help me with my anxiety anymore,the more I live with it the more it destroys me beyond repair,I'm afraid that's when it's done with me I'll be unfixable
