Anxiety Attacks and Triggers

I have learned that the more I think , the more anxious I get. This is hard to deal with because my mind is constantly moving. One of my greatest triggers is thoughts of past events and trauma. I literally feel like I am in those moments all over again.

Getting out of your own head is the most difficult part of anxiety. Learning to move past old trauma means dealing with it first.

This is very true. I do need to deal with those past hurts to actually heal from them. I am beginning to write out my feelings more so that I am not just holding things in.
