Anxiety Attacks and Triggers

I have learned that the more I think , the more anxious I get. This is hard to deal with because my mind is constantly moving. One of my greatest triggers is thoughts of past events and trauma. I literally feel like I am in those moments all over again.

Getting out of your own head is the most difficult part of anxiety. Learning to move past old trauma means dealing with it first.
