Anxiety Anxiety Anxiety

charmingButton18 April 1st, 2020

Lately as I have started to explore and research more about this condition I have come to know that it's not easy problem to deal with . People suffering from severe anxiety often lead a life in avoidance , they are not sure about what are their choices and may not be able to think through it .
We need them to overcome their struggles and sadly we can only be there to support them , to love them and make them our presence fell .

anxiety will be difficult. As I am still exploring various aspects of it , I am developing more sympathetical understanding of it . I hope I can be of use to someone in future.

I've been struggling with anxiety since childhood. It was only in my 30's that I could tag a name or condition to it. Finally, I realized that I'm not alone in this world, one of many in this struggle.

I've recently published the Coping With Anxiety Journal on Amazon, and if you have Amazon Unlimited, you are welcome to read it for free here: https://a.co/d/dgrQ59e

I hope it will help you as it has helped me on this wildly scary journey.

I suffer from a lot of anxiety everyday. It’s very exhausting and often times I feel very alone in it.

@charmingButton18 That sounds so grim but just shows how important it is create awareness regarding such a common feeling. I have also been living with anxiety my entire life and this is so true. It also makes me so lost and disconnected from what I truly want since my actions are not in line with my values. But I think learning more about it and gaining more psychoeducation just helps us break these cycles.

@charmingButton18 this is a beautiful post. anxiety is very difficult and as much as i don’t like to admit it i think it’s a lifelong thing we just learn to manage it. as long as we have eachother we will be okay. as long as we learn what calms us we are okay ❤️ i’m so proud of you for wanting to take care of others. keep up your good work
