Using David Burns' "Feeling Good" in conjunction with 7 Cups

About a year ago a friend of mine who also struggles with depression/anxiety sent me a copy of "Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy" by David Burns. It's full of useful advice and activities and I've been using it off and on since then, but I've found that it's really augmented my progess when I use it with 7 Cups. My anxiety is still a bit high for my tastes but it's certainly helped me with my coping skills and I feel really hopeful going forward. I just wanted to share this as a possible resource for anyone else who is struggling with similar problems.

@bubbleOcean8135 Thank you for the recomendation , I will look out for it. Maybe a good one to add to the kindle list :D
