Social Anxiety Disorder

@benevolentDaisy52
Extremly accurate.
Also I want to mention how many times people thought it was "cute" I was blushing when I was having an anxiety attack or was feeling beyond unconfortable.
So thank you for creating this list. Very good!

@benevolentDaisy52
i used to believe that i was just 'shy' because tha'st what other people told me. however, i start to realise that it's more than just shyness when i start having panic attacks with physical symptoms. the worst part is that knowing you're being irrational.

@Leenient Yeah, everyone always said I was just shy, until I also started having panic attacks when I turned 16.

My puls got higher as I read this, I can relate to every point of this list.
I get really axious when I am alone with just one more person - overthink everything and feel so much pressure to be entertaining enough so the other person doesnt get bored.
I also stop shopping at a store or eating at a restaurant if I feel the staff recognise me.

Yes I can relate to all these . I get so nauseous in social situations, I totally disconnect .

i feel it

I absolutly get all of these. The thing is, I used to be outgoing all the time. It's sad, really.

It is very hard for others to understand social anxiety and what it can be and that makes those with it hurt and feel like they are making stuff up. I know that personally

@benevolentDaisy52 I have pretty bad social anxiety too. It really impairs my ability to function in my life the way I'd like to. I even find it hard to talk to my close friends and family.
