Helpful Apps
Hey guys, not sure this is the right forum to post this, but...
I caught this post today on Buzzfeed, and it has some suggestion on apps that might help deal with anxiety and other issues:

I was just wondering if anyone knows about these and would suggest/recommend any of them. Some of them are free and maybe they would make excellent tools for managing an assortment of issues, but I don't want to get into it without some feedback from people I can trust know what they are talking about.

Thanks for posting this! I hadn't seen this article yet. I'm always on the lookout for self-monitoring apps. Unfortunately, I haven't tried or even heard of any of these apps. I'll let you know if I do try them. Another, fun app to try is SuperBetter. It tries to gamify self-monitoring :)
Oh, you know what, I have tried SuperBetter a while ago and I thought it was wondeful! It does get a little limiting after a while but it's a great website to organize things at the beginning!

True. Also, I had a bit of trouble with it because it does take some time to sit down and figure things out which is great when you are motivated. However, I wonder how people suffering with depression or anxiety are able to manage with it?
@justkismet SuperBetter use to be really great, until they sold it, and then the new company stopped doing mantainance on it and it kinda fell apart.
