Gifs to help you relax and calm you down
I was just creating my own library for the gifs and with the assistance of @blossombreathe I have been able to get a load of gifs for everyone here :D Feel free to tag people you think will enjoy these ^-^

@blossombreathe I'm feeling really great right now actually! I had a really lovely day today so far, and looking forward to a good ending to the last few hours to the day too! Met up with some friends, made some new ones, sang, and managed to get my body doing a short jog around the block! I'm feeling completely fresh! Thank you for asking! I've got a number of different ones posted on my feed as well, I've been sharing different gifs that are calming as part of my #DailyAnxietyHelp and #Anxiety hashtags for the past couple months. There are some different ones there that you could add to your library if you'd like.
