I thought I’d make a post about things that help to feel relaxed and happy in nature and calm anxiety, nature settings are really relaxing and can help you gain energy so brilliant for helping calm anxiety, I’ve put a few things below that could help so let me know if you have other ideas or have tried any of these ! 🌸go on a walk and notice what you can see, hear, smell and touch 🌸practice deep breathing and maybe sit down 🌸walk barefoot over grass or sand if you are lucky enough to live near a beach! 🌸imagine your worries floating away into the distance 🌸touch something from nature like a flower and observe details about it

Thank you so much for sharing this with us! Nature is super calming, I love going for walks when I'm feeling anxious! Especially when I have calming music to listen to. Deep breathing is super simple but super effective when it comes to anxiety!
