Thankyou for posting this, I know this will sound bad and I Hope my listener and followers don't read this (lol) but I can unfortunately relate to EVERY point on this list, seriously ! 😳 - I am trying to concentrate very hard on not thinking about these faults which I am guilty of but working on self heal, many ups and downs this week, but at least started with an up today and praying it continues !
