My Itsy Bitsy Phobia

I have an embarrising phobia. I am terrified of spiders, but that's not the embarrising part. I am so scared of spiders that even the song Itsy Bitsy Spider creeps me out. I have been creeped out by this song since I was little. It's really embarrising being scared of a children's song.How to I overcome my arachnophobia

@sweetbutterfly93 I'm sorry you feel embarrassed about your very real and valid phobia. It must feel a bit debilitating. Here's a link I found that could help - there is a cartoon spider image right at the very beginning, in case that is a trigger to you.

@pretendpoet Thanks. I have been able to listen to an instermental of the Itsy Bitsy Spider and I don't mind that. I have tried looking at cartoon spiders too, that doesn't bother me as much
