Fear on drowning

@calibeachgrl13, it isn't ironic, infact it could be a valid explanation, you've seen how powerful the ocean can be and that's why you're afraid.

Maybe that isn't the reason, maybe you're just scared of it and that's okay as well, we all have our fears and you owning upto yours gives you more power.

I can sympathize with you; I have a fear of drowning and a fear of water in general. I hate being in deeper water if it's not my idea.

People think I'm a little weird when I tell them this and sometimes they laugh but I learned to not care what others think of me and to free my mind. I hope you're okay though. To me it's an odd fear to have but we, people with the same fear, can get through it. :)
