I had my first panic attack in August of 2020 at school, there was a lock down and everyone was freaking out and sayibg it was a shooter and getting under tables. Not even the teeacher knew what was going on. I have VERY VERY VERY VERY bad anxiety so I got rly scared and I had a panic attack and I didnt know what was going on with me. Ever since then I have panic attacks and Im still not used to it. Im always alone when I get them which makes it more scary.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds like you have been through a lot, especially with the panic attacks and the anxiety. It's not unusual to experience anxiety after traumatic events, and it can be especially scary when you feel alone during a panic attack.

Have you considered seeking support from a mental health professional, such as a therapist or counsellor? They can work with you to develop coping strategies and tools to manage your anxiety.
