How to deal with Panic attacks in public

I think a good way is: when you find yourself starting to get a panick attack run to the nearest place where it doesn't have alot of ppl then try to take small breathes and think about the beach , the sunset (anything that makes you calm down) then try to think about something good that happened to you before, somthing that makes you smile
