Panic Attack Technique :)

One technique that really helps me is the 5-7-8 trick:


Inhale through your nose for 5 seconds,


Hold for 7 seconds


Then breathe out for 8 seconds. It really helps me

It does work! And doing it maybe five times even more so. It’s surprising, to a ‘novice’, how these techniques can slow the heart rate and bring calm.
