How to know yourself?

@navySea3717 this is a really good discussion idea, I feel at a loss of touch with myself lately so cannot share much on my end but I think there's more to us than we may think ... there's always more to explore :)

I used to like self introspective journal prompts, you can search on browser for prompts and might find some apps also for this purpose... they have good thought provoking questions that can help us learn more about ourselves 💕
