Withdrawing from Klonopin

Hi. I was prescribed Klonopin/Clonazepam for 6 weeks at a .5mg dose twice daily. Three weeks ago, I started tapering off it as my anti depressant started working. However, since tapering down to .125mg, anxiety has returned. How long can I expect these withdrawal symptoms to last?
