What are some strategies to calm yourself?
for myself listening to music, going on walks, reading/writing, using fidgets/stress toys. Laying down, deep breathing. Counting down from 100 (or any number in whatever order)

Ooh all of these are quite relatable for me too. Isolating myself from the stressful situation and/ or taking time for myself to center helps me calm down, also listening to music and taking a walk!😊
I do this too. Just finding a quiet corner or space and try to ground myself. Whether that is through breathing exercises or just focusing on a repetitive sound.

Reading a book;
Going to ride on an empty train to watch people live and move, while i'm just sitting;
Watching some cool shows;
Something to bring me back dopamine, overally. :)
