What do you guys do when you have trouble sleeping?

@Ronripleyhorror I am sorry you are having trouble sleeping, I also went through something similar last week. This week has been a little better, here is what I have changed this week: I have included exercises in my routine, I try to walk without my phone and earphones for 15 mins at least, and lastly just before bed time I have a cup of camomile tea. I hope this could be of some assistance, and hope you have good sleep during the coming days.

Thank you for the recommendations! I do workout and I should incorporate chamomile tea in my routine before bed! I love that tea, it's very calming! Have a great day today!
