Doing 30 minutes or more of exercise a day for three to five days a week may significantly improve depression or anxiety symptoms. But smaller amounts of physical activity — as little as 10 to 15 minutes at a time — may make a difference.
We all know that a chemical imbalance can cause anxiety and depression , there are many forms of treatments for this , exercise is truly a non expensive form of therapy to help cope with anxiety.
People who have extreme anxiety and do daily exercise have reported feeling better and getting their anxiety to the place where they can cope better.

Yes! I use to be so hard on myself, if I did not at least do an hour a day. But, I’ve learned that at least getting something in, helps me feel better than nothing.💜
