💎We are all unique creatures and we all need love , kindness and compassion to live healthy meaningful lives. ☀️☀️☀️☀️

💎Personal growth comes from listening to people and relating to who they are and what can I do to help them achieve their goals 🎎🎎🎎🎎

Finding your Passionate and Purpose in life

Does it ever seem to you that everyone around you has found out what their passion and purpose is ?

You , on the other hand, feel paralyzed not knowing what you are passionate about or you haven't found your purpose.

Maybe you’re not sure what your purpose or passion is?

Do you constantly ask yourself if you’re even meant to do something on this  Earth?

Vica - versa you have so many interests that you don’t know which you should be focusing on and where to prioritise?

If you relate to this and it peaks your interest , know that you are not alone we all have been through this.

One of my biggest fears as a young man, I was afraid that I’ll end up living a purposeless life. Hoping that someday, my passion and purpose will reveal itself.

What I lacked in my youth to realise back then that nobody will come to rescue me and show me the correct path.

It was all up to me to push forward and set up my goals to reach these passions and purpose.

Learning to diversify

When you diversify your time and derive meaning from different areas such as  hobbies, interests, passions, and purposes you get a bigger picture of leading your path .

Your passions will also change as you mature since we priorities different roles at different points in our life.

We shift our priorities and focus on what’s important at a particular moment in time.

When looking to reach a passion and purpose the most important state of mind should be to do the most you can.

In essence that is the very definition of being a really passionate person.

It would be more beneficial to generate passion rather than wait for passion to come  knocking at your door.

Choose your  passionate by the things that excite you.

Put into the project you choose your heart and soul.

"We don’t lack things to be passionate about, but we do lack the energy to become passionate without the ability to decide on the right course of action.

Anxiety what it all boils down to
Anxiety Support / by UnderstandingURpain

...See more Anxiety is something that we all have in one form or another. when anxiety gets out of control and you feel that you cannot control the anxiety its time to reach out for help. while anxiety in itself is non threatening i.e. you will probably not harm yourself or others due to anxiety, there are alot of times when you feel that it is full blown and you cannot over come your anxiety and you self isolate , stop taking care of yourself and it can manifest into depression One of the problems with anxiety is that it is overlooked to much by professionals and they see it as an easy fix with anti depressants , mood stabalizers . While they do help , anti depressants do help with coping with anxiety , it is only the surface that is being covered and not the reasons for the underlying problem . All the time we hear about doing exercise keeping busy , which in itself helps take your mind off the anxiety is still not the treatment for the cause rather a coping mechanism that helps. understanding where your anxieties are coming from and talking , exploring them is one of the best methods in truly coping with this . When we know what we feel and why we feel it we can attack the issue head on and find ways to approach the subject. one of the weird ways that psychiatry deals with emotions is that it tends to think that it is all a chemical imbalancement rather than also an emotional one that is not something seen in MRI scans , its a deeper emotional issue that needs to be addressed and fixed. you are not alone in this feeling , one of the worst feelings with anxiety is that it will never go away and that no one can understand how you feel . anxiety is the leading recognized mental health issue yet it is very hard to define it . Along with a good psychiatrist you need to also find a good psychotherapist while it is expensive it is worth it for your overall general health . there are many new forms of anxiety /depression advances that are becoming main stream , such as elm/mf exposure , ect , and psychadelics . it is worth checking these out if traditional medicines are not giving you that strong enough push forward. One of the main obstacles when starting is the timeframe for which you have to wait , in order to pass these first weeks until you see someone , or the pills start to work you should always talk about it with family , friends , hotlines and our wonderful listeners online here that want to hear from you. You are not alone in your struggles we are all in this together , and I hope that we all find a path of inner balance

Coping with the holiday blues
Depression Support / by UnderstandingURpain

...See more Holidays are generally viewed as a time of happiness and relaxation with family and friends. For some people, it can be a stressful period full of painful reflection ,sadness, loneliness [https://www.verywellmind.com/loneliness-causes-effects-and-treatments-2795749], anxiety [https://www.verywellmind.com/coping-with-generalized-anxiety-disorder-during-the-holidays-4153496], and depression. Even people who love the holidays experience the blues sometimes in this busy season. The holidays are often a time of high emotion and demands, which can leave a lot of people feeling stressed and exhausted. To cope better in the holidays it is always wise to be surrounded as much as you can with loved ones and your support system . Avoid to much alcohol as this is a depressant than can trigger more of your negative emotions. Try to get some exercise in your daily routine to boost your spirit and give you more more dopamine which can help relieve some of the depression. Learn to put some of your own needs above others as people tend to be alot more demanding , know your limits and dont overdo what you dont feel comfortable doing. Have some alone time to relax quiet time, read a book, listen to music, take a bath, do yoga, or some other relaxing activity can do be beneficial to relieve your stress .

...See more Depression has hit us all in various degrees through out our lives , the covid pandemic was also a very isolating and hardship on ua all financially , physically , emotionally and spiritually. As the saying goes," a healthy body is a healthy mind". Optimal mental and spiritual health, as demonstrated by science, plays an essential role in physical health. For this reason, finding the perfect balance between mind and body will open the doors to a healthier and more joyful life. Take time in your day even just a few minutes to exercise , even a small walk or even to the convenient store . Our minds are made of electric and chemicals , doing some exercise can improve your mood , help you see things more focused and can definitely help with restoring balance . Both a healthy body and mind are important for overall well-being. A healthy mind can lead to a healthy body. Emotions affect the body of humans. The happier the person, the healthier the body also true the other way round health and happiness have an integral interlace bond between mind and body . ❤️"Sadness is but a wall between two gardens." "There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn't." "Getting better from depression demands a lifelong commitment. I've made that commitment for my life's sake and for the sake of those who love me."❤️

Treating anxiety and coping

...See more Doing 30 minutes or more of exercise a day for three to five days a week may significantly improve depression or anxiety symptoms. But smaller amounts of physical activity — as little as 10 to 15 minutes at a time — may make a difference. We all know that a chemical imbalance can cause anxiety and depression , there are many forms of treatments for this , exercise is truly a non expensive form of therapy to help cope with anxiety. People who have extreme anxiety and do daily exercise have reported feeling better and getting their anxiety to the place where they can cope better.
