Overwhelmed
Hi, it’s been 2 months since I’ve been dealing with anxiety attacks.
I have no idea of what to do, I just want to be ok.
I keep thinking something bad is gonna happen to me and I can’t even go out.
Does anyone have some advice?

What has happened - or what did happen 2 months ago that triggered your anxiety? We all having things that can set off an attack. And it doesn't necessarily have to be something huge and massive. Something that just upsets what you find to be normal and comfortable. Sometimes it's just something someone says. Or the weather. Or really anything.
